Artisan Certificate in Food and beverage (Also called Food and Beverage Management)

KCSE Mean Grade: D- (there are no special cluster subjects/requirements)

Craft Certificate in Food and beverage

KCSE Mean Grade: D+ (there are no special cluster subjects/requirements)

Diploma in food and beverage course in Kenya

The course just needs a C- (there are no special cluster subjects/requirements)

Alternative qualifications:

  • Pass in a relevant Craft Course (Craft in food and beverage)
  • Equivalent qualification – this is determined by KNEC (Kenya National Examination Council) when it comes to KUCCPS Diploma in food and beverage course

How long does the food and beverage course take in Kenya?

The F and B diploma course takes 3 years- on average.

At the same time, the other levels will take these durations:
