BScN direct entry – Minimum entry requirements for form 4 leavers
KCSE mean grade(aggregate) – C+(plus)

Additional requisite subjects and grades:

  1. English- C+(plus)
  2. Mathematics/Physics- C+(plus)
  3. Chemistry- C+(plus)
  4. Biology- C+(plus)

Upgrading group- BScN Upgrading for those with a Diploma in Nursing

KCSE mean grade(aggregate) – C(plain) / Division 3

Additional requirements:

  1. Diploma in Nursing awarded by a recognized institution(KMTC and other registered MTCs)
  2. Valid practicing license awarded by NCK(nursing council of Kenya)
  3. Two(2) years work experience as a Kenyan registered nurse after graduation
