There are several Strathmore scholarships you can apply for, if you’re a deserving student

These include:

Strathmore scholarships for deserving students

1. Strathmore University Merit & Need-Based scholarships

These are, in general, partial and full (100%) scholarships offered to you if you are pursuing an undergraduate programme, diploma course, or a professional course at Strathmore Uni.

 

2. SU Sports Scholarships

Strathmore University also provides finance aid to students who show special talent in different sports disciplines.

What you should keep in mind is that the aid only pays a specific percentage of your tuition fee (you or your sponsor pays the balance).

 

3. European Union scholarships at SU

This scholarship is awarded to secondary schools students who are completing form 4 and who plan to join Strathmore University after getting their KCSE results:

It is now for all courses and is only for those whose interest is in any of the following 3 programmes:

  • Certified Public Accountant(CPA) course
  • Business Management Diploma
  • DBIT (Diploma in Business-Information-Technology)

 

4. Mathematics Contest

Strathmore University usually awards the number 1 four 4 boy and girl from Kenya’s leading Mathematics Contests.

Note that these students get a full tuition fees scholarship from SU to study 2 finance related courses (Certified Public Accountant and ACCA-Association of Chartered Certified Accountant) or DBIT (Diploma in Business-Information-Technology)
