It is in Vihiga County, inside Kaimosi Complex..the site(which hosts Kaimosi Teachers Training College too) is just about 500 metres off Chavakali-Kapsabet Road(right between Cheptul and Shamakhokho townships).
Also note that it is approximately 35 kilometres from from Kakamega, Kisumu, and Kapsabet towns.
