Baraton University fees structure: Other applicable fees

Application fees – 1500.00 (Paid once during registration by fresh students only)
Orientation fees – 2500.00 (Paid once during registration by exclusively new students)
Caution fees– 1500.00 (Paid once and again during registration by freshers and will be refunded)
CUE (Commission for University Education) quality assurance fees -shs.1000 (payable once each year by all students).
Transport to Eldoret (Per Trimester) – shs. 7500.00 (payable by Nurses travelling for Clinicals in Eldoret including those pursuing Baraton University diploma in nursing)
Graduation Fees/Alumni fees- 8300 (To be paid before graduation and by all graduating students).
Senior Student’s Project fees- for this the amount depends on the course you’re taking and is again paid by all graduating students).

In addition, students proceeding for attachment/clinicals will pay other transport/attachment fees (per semester) as well as academic field trips and here the actual expenses vary according to the course/department.

UEAB Fee Structure: Optional charges

Students may incur shs.43, 600.00 for Room and Boarding (Per Semester) for those willing to board in the university’s hostels.

Of the shs.43, 600.00, shs.10000 goes to hostel and the remaining shs.33600 to your food budget.
