Cluster Subjects requirements:

  • C- minus in Biology/Biological sciences.

Food Science Technology

  • KCSE mean grade C- minus

Here, are the steps to guide you on how to apply for a course through KUCCPs

  1. Visit the KUCCPS website kuccps.ac.ke and then click Student’s Portal tab.
  2. On the portal, click the Login tab and to log in, enter your KCSE Index Number, your KCSE year and your password (KCPE Index or Birth Certificate Number)
  3. Next, after you are logged in, view the available courses, universities and TVET colleges on the Programmes and Institutions tabs.
  4. Clicking on Nyeri national polytechnic and all the Programmes they have on offer will be displayed together with the code.
  5. Now, select the Programme of your choice and after the selection of courses, a page will pop up which will show you the required cluster points for all the subjects of the specific course, a list of similar courses the respective course codes of all the courses offered by Nyeri national polytechnic.
  6. Finally, pay the application fees through Mpesa.

Steps to pay the application fee through Mpesa

  1. Visit Mpesa app on the mobile phone
  2. Next, click on the option ‘Pay Bill’.
