How to apply for diploma courses offered at Nyeri national polytechnic

There are two options you can use to apply for a diploma course at Nyeri national polytechnic.

Steps to follow:

1. First, download the application form from HERE
2. Next, fill out the application form
3. After that, pay a non-refundable application fee of Kshs. 500 via M-Pesa Pay bill business Number 4019819 and your full name as your account number.
4. Now, attach all the required documents and email them to application@thenyeripoly.ac.ke.

Required scanned documents:

• A copy of Dully filled Application Form
• Screenshot of the M-Pesa Message you used to pay for your application fee.
• Copy of your birth certificate
• Copy of your KCPE Certificate
• Copy of KCSE Certificate/Result slip
• Copy of ID Card or Waiting Card I you do not have an ID
• Copy of Primary and Secondary School Leaving Certificates

Steps to apply online

1. To apply online, Visit http://application.thenyeripoly.ac.ke.
2. After that create an account by filling out all the required information following the process provided.
3. Now, preview and confirm you application
4. Next, click on apply and choose the intake and later the Programmes you want to apply for.
5. Proceeding, by selecting the campus and save.
6. Upload and attach the required documents (all the documents we have listed above)
7. Lastly, preview you application, and proceed to pay Kshs. 500 and submit.

Diploma courses offered at Nyeri national polytechnic-Admission process

After a successful application, the next process is admission.

Here, you will either receive an admission letter and accompanying documents from the Registrar’s office or  you can download the joining instructions from  here

After that duly fill your joining instructions, pay the fee for the applied diploma course and attach the duly filled joining instructions together with receipt photocopy/screenshot of fee payment and send attachments to admission@thenyeripoly.ac.ke

Nyeri national polytechnic accommodation

Nyeri national polytechnic offers accommodation inform of hostels to its students.

To book the hostels, you book online after fully paying your fee.

Just so you know, hostels charges are Kshs 5,000 per term and accommodation is issued on first come first served basis.
