Then, you will have to pay for the last 6 months (you typically study for 3&½ years)

KMTC fee structure for self sponsored students – Other details

  • Meals and accommodation are paid separately (if living in KMTC campus hostels). Ask for the actual meals and hostel costs from your KMTC campus as it’s not standard.
  • Also budget for some extra money because there are other incidental expenses e.g. research and practical attachment(clinical experience) depending on the sem you’re in.
  • Also, if you’ll be staying in private hostels, contact the landlord for accurate rates…and you require money for meals too
  • KMTC likes you pay your fees annually to prevent interruption of your training due to fees issues.
  • No fee refund is given if you’re dismissed
  • Students pursuing KMTC Diploma in Community Health Nursing/Diploma in Clinical Medicine and surgery @ Kshs. 1500/Kshs. 2750 respectively for Skills lab Manuals& materials.
