- Mathematics
- English or Kiswahili
- Physics and any 2nd Group II (Biology or Chemistry)
- Geography or History or Religious Education

Bachelor of Science in Construction Management (BCM)
Minimum entry requirement:
- KCSE mean grade of C+ plus
Cluster Subjects requirements:
- C+ plus in Mathematics C+ plus in Physics
- C +plus in either History and Government and or history and Geography)
- C+ Plus in either English, or Kiswahili
- C+ plus in Biology, Physics, Chemistry
