The Mechanical Engineering department has two sections.
- Automotive engineering section
- Mechanical production section
These two departments expose students to design, materials, thermo-fluids, and power engineering.
Besides that, students are also given an opportunity to undertake interdisciplinary programs such as ICT, communication skills, marketing, and research methodology.
The purpose of the interdisciplinary programs is to help the student improve in their communication.
Note that, when a student communication skill is excellent in this department, he/she will be in a good position to communicate with engineers, and managers in the field.
