It’s worth noting that admissions for regular courses are done every term, whereas SUG courses are done on a need-basis.

NITA Kitengela fees

Please keep in mind that tuition fee for regular programs is Kshs.18,500 per term, whereas fees for SUG courses are determined per course.

In addition, the following fees must be paid upon admission:

• Registration Fees – 500
• Caution Money – 1,000
• Student ID – 300
• Application Fees – 500

NITA Kitengela hostels

Just so you know, NITA Kitengela has accommodation facilities in the compound for both males and females at a cost of Kshs. 25,000 per term.

NITA Kitengela courses entry requirements

KNQF-level and certificate – 2

Minimum entry requirements:

• KCPE certificate
• Certificate of experiential learning

Course duration: three months (one term) plus two months of attachment

Certificate earned: NSC I

KNQF-level and certificate – 3

Minimum entry requirements:

• Completion of NCS I, or
• KCSE mean grade of E, or
• Government Trade Test III
• Certificate of experiential learning

Course duration: five months (two terms) plus four months of attachment

Certificate earned: NSC II

KNQF-level and certificate – 4

Minimum entry requirements:

• Completion of NCS II, or
• KCSE mean grade of D- (minus), or
• Government Trade Test II
• Certificate of experiential learning

Course duration: nine months (three terms) plus four months of attachment

Certificate earned: NSC III

The steps for applying for a course at NITA Kitengela and submitting your application for the course that you want to enroll in are as follows:
