• Pass in a relevant Craft Course (Craft in food and beverage)
• Equivalent qualification – this is determined by KNEC (Kenya National Examination Council) when it comes to KUCCPS Diploma in food and beverage course

How long does the food and beverage course take in Kenya?

The F and B diploma course takes 3 years- on average.

At the same time, the other levels will take these durations:

• Teaching /Instructor /Trainer in Food and Beverage
• Self-employment in the Food Production industry.

Note that, for the most part, you will be examined by KNEC (There is no degree course in food and beverage)- it seems CDACC no longer examines the course.
