PAC university fee structure

Before we look at the fee structure, note that there are common charges you must pay for all the Programmes offered at PAC university and they include:

• PAC university fee structure Application fee=Kshs 2,000
• Medical cover =Kshs 4,200 (optional and payable per semester)
• Installment fee= Kshs.2,000

Fee Structure for Government-sponsored Students (KUCCPS)

Now, it is worth noting that, you can apply for a program as government-sponsored students, and when you do so, your fee is hugely subsidized by the government.

Below is the breakdown of the subsided fee :

• 1^st semester you pay =Kshs 29000
• 2^nd semester you pay =Kshs 17000

 Total for the year=Kshs. 46000

Side note: When you apply through KUCCPS as government sponsored student, you pay fees less with KSHS. 46000 (paid by the government).

PAC university fee structure [How to apply, where to pay, hostels, and contacts]

In this section, we will take you through PAC university online application

Step 1:

Application through KUCCPS

If you have already received an invitation letter from KUCCPS indicating you have been granted an offer at PAC university.

Here, is how to apply

1. Please go to the KUCCPS applications portal here.
2. Next, enter your KCSE index, the year you sat for KCSE and your KCPE index number or birth certificate number in the three spaces provided on the right-hand side of your screen to log into the KUCCPS portal.
3. By now, the portal will open and you can revise or just make a new course application as appropriate by simply clicking on the Application/revision tab to get started.
4. Lastly, don’t forget to check the KUCCPS cluster points for the course of your choice to make sure you fully qualify to be admitted to pursue the course then submit.

Step 2:

Application through the PAC website as a self-sponsored (SSP) student

1. Click on this link http://admissions.pacuniversity.ac.ke
2. From there, wait for it to open and apply using the self-sponsored form.
3. As usual, fill out the form and attach all required documents as instructed, and once done, submit it.

Payment details

Kindly pay your fee through Cooperative Bank of Kenya account number A/C No: 01129281369000, Zimmerman branch.

Alternatively, you can pay via M-pesa using Pay Bill Number: 400222, Account Number: 3003# then Admission Number and amount Amount (remember, no spaces should be left between account number and  admission details )

If you are an international student, note that you can’t pay through the above provided account, instead, you pay through Cooperative Bank  of Kenya account  No: 02100281369000, Zimmerman branch.

Quick note: If it feel hectic to  do all the unit, you can opt to register for only less than 5 units in a Trimester.

Hostels

PAC offers accommodation to its students and charges are as follows;

Kshs 10,500 and Kshs 12,000 per Trimester for male and female students respectively

Side note: You are required to pay for your meals at the university cafeteria as you eat since meals are not included in the fees.
