3. Diploma in medical laboratory sciences

If you do this course, you become a medical laboratory technologist and that way you get opportunities to work in clinical laboratories at hospitals, reference labs, biotechnology labs, and non-clinical industrial labs.

Here, some of the duties you perform ; analyzing specimens, performing laboratory procedures, and maintain laboratory instruments.

Mean Grade C

Cluster Subjects Qualifications:

4. Diploma in Medical Imaging Sciences

When you enroll in this course, you learn about the principles of medical imaging and its important role in clinical diagnosis, monitoring and therapy.

You must have scored C plain in your KCSE.

5.      Diploma in Medical Engineering

This course gives you knowledge and skills when it comes to installing, modifying, repairing/proving required technical support for bio-medical equipment, and replacing components.

Admission requirement:

Overall, you must have scored a C plain in KCSE or above.

• English or Kiswahili -C

• Biology/Biological Sciences -C
• You must also have a C- in two of the following: Physics/Physical Sciences, Chemistry, and                          Mathematics C

9. Diploma in Pharmacy

In the  medical field, this is one of the most desired courses.

Just so you know, the course equips you with skills to safely and accurately give prescriptions, utilize pharmacy software, inventory control, billing, and compounding techniques.

Mean grade of D in your KCSE.

10. Diploma in Optometry

This is a professional that involves examining patient eyes and applicable visual systems for defects or abnormalities.

15. Diploma in occupational therapy
