KCA University fee structure for self-sponsored students

Before we begin, keep in mind that there are common fees for all programs at KCA University. Among these are:

  • Application fee of Kshs. 3,000
  • Installment fee of Kshs. 1,500 (if you pay the fees in installments)
  • Graduation fee of Kshs. 8,000 (payable by all students before graduation)

The good news is that KCA allows you to pay your fees in installments, as follows:

  • 1st installment – 50% (on admission)
  • 2nd installment – 30% (one month later after admission)
  • 3rd installment – 20% (before the end of the trimester)

With that said, the fees for various programs are summarized below. Please keep in mind that courses that pay the same amount are grouped together.
