High school subjects in Kenya: Subject Offered in High School in Kenya

Subject offered in secondary school are categorized into FIVE Groups from which a candidate should choose a minimum of seven and a maximum of nine.

Don’t forget that a Minimum mean Grade of C+ is required for admission to Degree programmes while a C- is the least you can get for Diploma programmes.

Meanwhile, if you get a D+ or a D plain, you can take a craft certificate course in any TVET college in Kenya.

Finally, if you get grade E, you can only start with an Artisan certificate course in local TVETs.
