How to apply

If you have met all eligibility criteria for the selected program.

Plus you have  have all documents namely;

• Scanned Academic Transcripts
• Certificates, a clear passport photo
• Scanned identification documents
• Either a National Identification Card, Passport, or birth certificate.

Then go ahead and visit the cooperative university of Kenya through https://www.cuk.ac.ke and click on apply.

From there strictly follow all the steps and instructions  to apply successfully.

To apply through KUCCPS, as a government-sponsored student follow the steps below.

1. Visit KUCCPS Student’s Portal via this website kuccps.ac.ke.
2. From there, confirm if the application is open, and if it is not you will have to wait and keep checking.
3. If it is open, go ahead and choose the course you would like to pursue from the KUCCPS portal
4. After that, choose the cooperative university of Kenya as your preferred institution.
5. Finally, select the course you would like to pursue and submit.

Fee payment

To pay your fee, note that you should pay through either cooperative bank account 01129062663600, Karen branch, or equity bank account 1250277107862, Karen supreme branch.

Side note:

• Be aware that the university will not accept cash or any personal check.
• Additionally, note that the fee is not refundable or transferable.
• And, the minimum number of units you can enroll in is 4 units
• To apply you must pay a registration fee of Kshs. 1500
• If you are a foreign student, you will pay a tuition fee 20% more compared to what East Africa student pay.

Hostels

Cooperative university offer accommodation to their students, but accommodation is not guaranteed.

Therefore, accommodation facility is offered on first come first serve basis and it is done online via the cooperative portal.

If you have paid half of your tuition fee and you get accommodation  you pay Kshs. 12000 per semester.
