Here you can only register for a Bachelor of Science (Bsc) in Urban and Regional Planning and not pure GIS and remote sensing.

I’m not sure that Kabianga University still offers the Urban &Regional Planning /GIS-Remote Sensing course- they used to so you can reach out to them and confirm.
