Africa digital media institute is a private institute, offers both diploma and certificate courses in different fields for both Kenya & East Africa and International Students.

Note that all fees are given in Kenyan Shillings (Kshs.) (unless otherwise stated), and the fee include the cost of tuition, facilities, equipment, practical lessons, demonstrations, projects, and industry exposure.

To start with, let us look at the fee structure for certificate students.

Africa digital media institute fees- Certificate courses fee for Kenya & East Africa

There are 3 payment options to choose from.

These options are:

• Early registration payment per semester

If you choose to pay using this option, this is where you pay early before joining the school.

Here, you are lucky as you get a 5% discount (if you pay 100% of the tuition).

Keep in mind that, the payment should be done on or before a set date to qualify for the discount.

• Full fee payment per semester

You pay for the full semester all at once.

Simply, as they term it, you pay 100% of tuition again by a specified date.

• Installment payment per semester

Payment here is done in 2 installments.

Of course, what you’ll actually pay depends on the course you are taking.

Digital marketing level 1,2 or 3 | Graphic design level 1,2 or 3- Certificate fees

Early registration payment per semester –Kshs. 47,500

Full fee payment per semester –Kshs. 50,000

Installment payment per semester –Kshs. 25,000 + Kshs. 25,000 = kshs 50,000

Fee for other diploma students (Kenya & East Africa)

As mentioned, the Africa Digital Media Institute (ADMI) offers flexible payment plans for diploma students.

The Diploma fee is as follows:

Early registration payment per semester – Kshs. 137,750. Fees should be paid before the due date (the college usually specifies these dates to applicants).

Full fee payment per semester – Kshs. 145,000. In this mode of payment, fees are paid in full for the whole semester.

Installment payment per semester – Kshs. 72,500(1^st payment) + Kshs. 43,500(2^nd payment) +Kshs. 29,000(3^rd payment) = Kshs. 145,000. So here you are given you a chance to pay your fees in 3 installments.

Africa digital media institute fees-Fee for International Students

As we said early before, Africa digital media institute offers diploma and certificate courses in different fields for both Kenya & East Africa and International Students.

Now, what you need to know is that international student fees are 20% higher in line with international competitor policies.

So it’s the same amount quoted above for the various courses but you add 20% in each case..

Otherwise, you still have the same options as students from the Eastern African nations (Early registration payment per semester, full fee payment per semester, or Installment payment per semester -This option allows you to pay in 2 installments).

Below now is the specific amount paid for specific courses for international students

Early registration payment per semester – Kshs. 111,150

Full fee payment per semester – Kshs. 117,000

Installment payment per semester – Kshs. 58,500(1st payment) + Kshs. 58,500(2^nd payment) = Kshs. 117,000

Digital marketing level 1,2 or 3 | Graphic design level 1,2 or 3- Certificate fees structure

Early registration payment per semester – Ksh. 57,000

Full fee payment per semester – Kshs. 60,000

Installment payment per semester – Kshs. 30,000(1^st payment) + Kshs. 30,000(2^nd payment) = Kshs 60,000

International students -Other Diplomas fee

Below is the amount you will pay per semester for other diplomas:

Early registration payment per semester – Kshs. 165,300

Full fee payment per semester – Kshs. 174,000

Installment payment per semester –Ksh. 87,000(1 st payment) + Kshs. 52,200(2nd payment) + Ksh 34,800(3rd payment) =Kshs. 174,000.

Note: When making any payment, make sure you write your full name and student admission number on the bank deposit slip or cheque.

After making any payment, please ensure you collect a receipt from ADMI.

Africa digital media institute admission requirements

With the fee structure with you, let us now look at the admission requirements you have to meet.

Certificate requirements:

Certificate in photography/multimedia/digital marketing/video production and graphic design Requirements

KCSE D- or above, or A-levels with a must 2 principle passes.

Diploma requirements:

Diploma in journalism and multimedia/mobile app and game development and graphic design Admission requirements

KCSE C-or above, with a C- or above in Kiswahili, English, mathematics, and one science.

Africa digital media institute fees- Payments and Refund policies

• Note that Africa digital media institute (ADMI) reserves the right to modify entries on this fee structure.

Therefore, be aware that school fees are liable to increase between 10% and 20% every January to account for inflation and other considerations.

• Also, keep in mind that all dishonored cheques are subject to a fee of Kshs. 2,000 (to be paid immediately).
• For overpayment, be aware that it will be automatically transferred to the next term’s fees (not refundable).
• On the other hand, fees can be refundable only if a programme is canceled.
• Keenly note that, once you have been accepted at ADMI, you will only be confirmed after paying the required insurance and a minimum of 50% of the term fees.
• If you enroll in an additional unit outside your programme, inform the Registrar in writing ( as soonest as  possible), and pay an additional Ksh. 25,000 per unit.
• Also, students who want their examination papers remarked can do so by making a formal application to the Registrar and paying Ksh. 5,000 per paper.
• Africa digital media institute has an insurance cover that covers immediate accidents or emergencies that occur in the institution. The covers include; ground and air ambulance, onsite treatment and stabilization, transfer to hospital, and emergency stabilization care, up to a half-year limit of Kshs. 50,000.
